It has two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and a private patio with Garden View. Netflix and WIFI available! NO PETS ALLOWED. This is only the booking fee. Daily Beach Club Guest Passes (Entrance Fee) not yet included; Php 1, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) per guest per day. The Base Price is good for 1 night and 4 pax only. In excess of 4 pax there will be extra guest fee of Php 1, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) per guest. **Please input the actual number of guests staying in the unit before confirming your booking with us.** Upon check-in we will ask for the Php 2, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Damage Deposit from you and it will be refunded upon check out if there is no damage in the unit. Our unit offers two (2) Bedrooms and two (2) Bathrooms. Each bedroom has One (1) Double Bed and One (1) Single Bed. The Master Bedroom has a closet that you can use. All rooms are air conditioned. Both bathrooms have showers and toilet with bidet. Hot and Cold water available. Bath towels will be provided. One bathroom is connected to the Master Bedroom. There is one Smart TV with Cignal cable or Netflix available and it is located in the living room with two sofa beds and pullout beds. WIFI is good and available! Kitchen with stove, microwave oven, bread toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, and Eight (8)-seater Dining Set. Grilling is not permitted by the condo admin. You are ALLOWED to cook in our unit so you can bring your own food and drinks. Please avoid cooking foul-smelling food to keep away the smell from sticking to the curtains. Drinking water/Water Dispenser is NOT provided. **You are NOT allowed to bring food and drinks to the Beach and Nature Club.** We also have a fenced patio with Garden View. The windows and sliding doors are screened to keep away insects. The Condo swimming pool is just a few steps away from our unit and you can use it for FREE. **Make sure to wear proper swimming attire since Anvaya is very strict in implementing this.** Shuttle Service is available in case you want to go to the beach and visit the Beach Club (main pool & the restaurant).
