Light, bright and spacious this characterful self contained apartment forms part of our beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Situated in a quiet and rural location The Annex is a great base to explore Somerset. The Annex is open plan and has bed, sofa, kitchenette with breakfast bar and a separate bathroom. It has its own private entrance via an outdoor staircase. The kitchen area is equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine with complimentary tea and coffee. There is a small induction hob for basic cooking (NB: no oven). There is space to park one car. I will be available to answer questions either by mobile or in person if required but will respect your privacy. Key Safe is provided for checking in and out. Blackford is a small rural village with a pub, church and school . The neighbouring farm sells pasturised milk fresh from their cows, eggs and other items. There are super pubs to suit everyone in Wedmore as well as an array of shops, a chemist and a deli, and a fantastic bakery in the village of Mark Blackford nestles between the Mendip and Quantock Hills - both Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty - and is on the edge of the Somerset Levels. Wells, Cheddar and Glastonbury are all within easy reach. 10 minutes by car from Junction 22 of the M5 and around an hour from Bristol and Bath. Train station at Highbridge or Weston Super Mare. Less than 30 mins from Bristol Airport. A car is recommended as public transport is irregular. No cleaning fee.
