Parking for 3 cars in driveway, and 2 on the street. The galley kitchen has granite countertops, all appliances and a wine/coffee bar. Both the full and half bathrooms on the main floor. The master bd has a half bath. Hot water on demand, New furnace/AC. Pet disclosure required when booking. Petiquette Rules and $25/pet fee apply. The house is very tech-savvy and ultra comfortable for individuals and families. Designed for families that want to still like each other after vacation with separate and together spaces for all. From the smart lock on the front door to the USB phone charging stations on each side of the bed and gaming couch, to the touch-lights in both bathrooms. The washer and dryer (gas) is top of the line large capacity and the hot water is a high-volume on demand unit. The house is 1500 square feet with a covered front porch and outdoor furniture on the back porch. The king beds are Temperpedic-type platform beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and pillow cases. There is a leather queen sofa sleeper on the main floor with a 50" smart TV, compatible with all current apps and movie services, along with a blue ray/DVD player. Xfinity Internet with 100 Mbs allows for multiple streaming devices and direct phone compatible hookups. There is an electric fireplace on the main level with a Jadu wood table that seats 6 to 8 (there is a self-storing sleeve). The coffee bar has a coffee grinder, Starbucks drip coffee maker, creamer, sugar, and sweet n low. The bedroom downstairs has 3 single beds, 2 in bunk style with a closet. The bedroom is across the hall from the gaming/TV area where there is a 40" smart TV, a blue ray/DVD player. There is a gaming table for 4 to play chess or checkers. There is a separate writing desk and office chair near the gaming area. The stairs are a tad steep and the basement head room is lower than today's standard, and is perfect to keep the kids happy in a separate space and the adults happy on the main floor. There is a baby gate next to the washer. Dog families - please note the Petiquette rules listed under House Rules:) The entire home and yard and parking driveway is accessible to guests. The garage will have some maintenance this summer and is not currently accessible to guests. I am happy to text, email, or call with any questions. If guests need anything, we are happy to drop it by in person, otherwise we value peace and privacy of our guests very highly. Shadle Park neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained. The neighbors around the home are all home owners that are excited to have an AirBnB in the neighborhood. The home is 3 miles from Riverfront Park and an 8 minute drive. Buses are on Wellesley (4 houses north) regularly and can take you anywhere in the city within moments. Walmart, Safeway, Pizza Hut and Panda Express are about 1/2 a mile away. Costco is about 6 miles from the home and the Y at Division is about 3 miles from the home. Uber is available all over Spokane. July 12, 2020, the internet was switched to Comcast, speed is 100 mbs! Much faster and reliable. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a fire station that is a few blocks away and sometimes the sirens can be heard. There are 10 churches within a 5 block radius. Quiet hours are 9:30pm to 8am. Yard mowing is done weekly, not before 10am. Petiquette rules: Guests are responsible to disclose their pets. You are responsible for your pet’s behavior. Please respect the homes good care and the neighbor's right to peace and quiet. 1. Pets that are not house potty-trained are not welcome. If accidents happen, please clean it up and alert us for further allergen cleaning requirements. 2. Pick up all droppings from your pet and dispose in plastic tied bags in exterior garbage can. Do not bury dog poop. 3. Do not let your dog use the floors, doors, or couches to communicate potty or anxiety issues. Dogs that scratch the doors for potty needs are not welcome. Do not let your dog scratch up the floors or furniture even if they are excited. 4. Never leave your dog unattended, and unkenneled in the home. 5. You are welcome to leave your dog kenneled in the home as long as your dog does NOT BARK and annoy the neighbors. Dogs that nuisance bark will be asked to leave, without refunds. 6. If you dog sleeps on the comforter, you are required to wash and dry the comforter BEFORE you check out. 7. Dogs must be friendly and well-behaved to stay.
