Trails End- B&O Bike Trail/Mohican/MidOhio race

You will be staying in a relaxing, freshly renovated basement apartment with a fully furnished kitchen, and private entrance. Our space is family & business friendly, conveniently located just steps away from the B&O Bike Trail, 6 miles to Mochican State Forrest, Snow Trails Ski Resort, Malabar Farm, Pleasant Hill Lake, canoeing, & short drive to Mansfield Reformatory, Mid-Ohio Race Track and 31 miles to Cardinal Shooting Center. Our home sleeps 3-4 people with queen size bed and futon . Our home is NON-SMOKING , and we DO NOT ALLOW PETS OF ANY KIND!!! There are dogs that live upstairs, and bark occasionally, but are friendly. Quiet hours are from 10:30pm -8:00am. No parties of any kind. Please be respectful. Entire apartment/suite is accessible to guests. Washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Fire pit, & charcoal grill are available for guest use, as well as a spacious yard. Guests have their own separate entrance You will enter the suite with a keypad code, to the private entrance door. Key pad code will be provided prior to check in. Our co-host lives upstairs, and is available at anytime, along with calling, texting or messaging through Airbnb myself. Our space is with in walking distance to the Richland County B&O Bike trail, 2 playgrounds, with one specifically designed for children and adults with disabilities, tennis courts, basketball court & Picnic pavilion. We are also within very short walking distance to the public library, post office, Butler historical Museum & police station. The Whiffletree family restaurant, Ducky’s bar & Grill, 5 points Dairy Bar & Dollar General are .3 miles from our location. Definitely with in walking distance. The best way to get around Butler, is walking, but it’s easy driving with plenty of parking at all locations. This is a self check in, but are available if needed. The host has two dogs (medium & large) that live upstairs and a job with odd work hours which include coming home late & leaving early.
