All rooms can be heated in low season and winter. Due the Corona Virus we take special care for disinfect frequently used surfaces between individual bookings. You entrance is just for You. Nobody touches your door, your windows and your balcony. The apartment has its own private entrance from the garden. Private terrace to the garden. You can sit in the whole garden in front of the apartment. Access from the street through the garden via a concrete and marble path (50 m). We are always open for your questions. My partner and I have a big knowledge about the island. For planing trips, cultural sites, hiking tours, tipps for the best tavernas, etc., ask anytime. You are living in a quiet and rural area outside the surrounding villages. Many island's attractions - beaches, city, cultural sights, shopping and taverns, are reachable in only 10 -15 minutes by car. Bus stops in the surrounding villages Glinado, Vivlos and Agios Arsenios. You can park your vehicle directly in front of the property on the street for free. Smoking indoors is not permitted. There is a real central heating with radiators for the winter months from November to April (not as otherwise usual in Greece by means of air conditioning). The heating costs in the winter months are included in the rental price.
