New apartment in a building with swimming-pool. Flat with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washer, living room and well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine). In the apartment you can also find a 32'' TV and a mountain view balcony with a patio table. Guests will have access to the flat, the outdoor areas with barbecue and outdoor tables, swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas. Private parking. The pool is to share with the other apartments and it's open from May to October according to the weather conditions. TOURIST TAX The tax is applied (from 1st April to 30th September) to nonresidents overnight stays in the town of Colico and for a maximum of 15 consecutive nights. Each adults has to pay 1€ per day. Children under 16 don't pay the tax.
