The apartment on the ground floor of Villa Rosy, holiday home for 5 guests The holiday home on the ground floor of Villa Rosy consists of a living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (double and twin bedroom with bunk beds) and a bathroom with shower. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen, that has access to a large outdoor area with porch and dining area and beach beds. The surroundings of Villa Rosy in Maruggio Villa Rosy is a small villa that is only 400 meters away from the beach of Acquadolce, near Maruggio. It consists of 2 independent holiday homes for rent, on the ground floor and on the first floor. Villa Rosy is the ideal solution for a holiday near the sea. It`s on the sandy coast of Maruggio, between Campomarino and Torre Ovo. The small villa is in a quiet area, near the free beach and the beach establishments.  - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Shared entry and outdoor. - Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
