The famous beach restaurant Ses Bosques lies within 100m from the villa. Perla has an overwhelming 180 degrees view overlooking the Mediterranean up until Formentera from all 4 bedrooms, living- and dining room, the large infinity pool and the surrounding terraces. Villa Perla is a unique property in Es Cubells. It has large open spaces and an incredible 180 degree view of the Mediterranean. One of the most beautiful features of the property is the pool. It is a beach walk in infinity pool. Where whilst inside it will appear to you as if you would be swimming in the sea. The atmosphere of the house is light and fresh making it a very comfortable place to stay in. It is the prefect place to enjoy your holiday on the white isle. Guests have the entire house and outside area to themselves! Guests staying at the house can always get in contact with me as the host. I will be available to answer questions 24/7 about the house and will be at the location when needed. Villa Perla is easy accessible from the airport, just about a 10 minute drive, not having to go through hidden roads and no need to get lost. One of the perks of Villa Perla's location is that it is very close to the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza; Just within minutes you will be at Cala d'Hort, Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida and Cala Comte. All these beaches feature various luxurious beach clubs where one can enjoy their day in style. But also for the more laid back public there is enough to do. From the villa you can hike alongside the coast to Es Vedra. In Es Cubells village there are lovely restaurants. Some in nature, some on the beach and others in town. However, the best restaurant around is the kitchen in the villa itself, as no other restaurant nor beach club beats its perfect view. At the villa there is a space to park two cars. A third car can be parket down the road, still within the fences of the property.
