Queen room at Epping NSW

Welcome to my older style wooden 4 bedroomed home in a battleaxe block at Epping. The house is carpeted throughout except for parquetry flooring in the kitchen/dining room. I have a large double room with a comfortable queen bed (a second single bedroom is also rentable separately - see separate listing ) I have hosted homestay students from many countries in the past and enjoy meeting people from overseas or local Happy to chat with guests or respect their privacy There is a bus at the gate to Epping or Carlingford Court and Parramatta (or a 25min walk). Plenty of trains from Epping to the city. Off street parking available for guests There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the kitchen/dining room only. There are stand alone fans in the bedrooms. There is a gas heater in the lounge area. All beds have electric blankets.
