The Property, completely fenced, is composed of two separate blocks, with independent entrance, and large outdoor spaces, including a small wood with a pond, small bridge and boardwalks, private secluded swimming pool, shaded patio overlooking the pool equipped for outdoor dining, a shaded gazebo and relax area with hammocks. House deep in the green countryside, on a hillside, surrounded by woods and fields. The surroundings of Barchi offer pleasant walks in the countryside, with chances of spotting wild animals such as wild boards, deers, foxes. Natural parks of San Bartolo and Furlo are easily reachable, as well as the main artistic towns of the Region, such as Pesaro, Urbino, Fano, Senigallia. Worth visiting the hermitages of Monte Giove, near Fano, and San Vincenzo al Furlo, in Fonte Avellana. The country house is composed of two units: main block with living room, large kitchen, bedroom for four people (mezzanine with second double bed), bedroom with twin beds, two bathrooms, one of which with whirlpool. The second unit is composed of living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which with bunk bed, two bathrooms. The Property is accessible through a short stretch of dirty road. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to 2 pets are allowed.
