We welcome up to 6 guests ,only if they do not mind being a bit squeezed . Otherwise , for a pleasant stay please just book for 3-4 guests. This space in designed such way to meet the need of western traveller. 32m2 apartment with swimming pools , foot spa, and many other facility. hot shower included. located in the strategic location nearby train station (Cakung) and major highway. 32m2, full furnished, balcony, 29 inch TV, refrigerator. This place is a condominium complex. located on top of arrays of good establishments and restaurants. once a week there is a live music placed on the ground floor. a good place to enjoy and relax. There are 1 bedroom , 1 living room, 1 kitchen , 1 balcony and one window both facing the majestic Cakung city (facing forward) ; the swimming pool , basketball court and jogging track greenery (facing downwards). Treats Coffee sachet, Tea Bags, Sugar, Creamer, Chocolate bar , jelly , mineral water , and etc for guest upon check in. Drinking water is provided. Bedroom- and living room There is 1 bedrooms . the bedroom has 1 king-size beds (180x200) that can accommodate 3 adult guests ( 3 adult guests sleeping by the width of the bed (head to toe aligning with the width of the bed (180cm) ), . However if guests don't mind to squeeze a little more space, the living room can be conditioned into extra sleeping area at night and we provide 3 single size (185x76cm) Inflatable bed and one Ikea couch that can fit 3 more adults guests. so total guests that can be possibly accommodated is 6 guests. The Bedroom is equipped with AC (1 PK ) . All beds are provided with Clean Swedish Bed-sheets, warm blankets and pillows . Living Room Our living room is designed to make your feel at home with minimalist couch and 32 inch Sharp TV . Facing the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while watching you favorite tv channel with your travel companion. Kitchen . There are a Fully functioning a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kitchen exhaust , a drinking water , a rice cooker, and eating utensils are also provided . Stove is not provided as we discourage cooking with open-fire for safety reasons. Bathroom Singapore-Brand Instant water heater allows you can enjoy a hot shower . Body-Wash, Shampoo, toothpaste , and tooth brush are provided. Hair Dryer and Iron are available for use. Clean towels are available upon request one for each guests. Surroundings Swimming pool, basketball court , outdoor gym , jogging tracks are free for use. you can chill at the ground floor . Right here you can taste some one local Indonesian cuisine , fast food, grilled steak and oriental food.
