The atmosphere is relaxing, with bright colours and colonial touches, such as a beautiful bed from South Africa, equipped with a new comfy mattress . It is comfortable and ready to welcome travellers for short or longer stays. The studio is fully furnished and equipped with bedlinen (the bed is ready-made), bath towels, a kettle, a microwave oven, two cooking plates, kitchen towels, and everything needed for basic cooking. The studio is on the second floor of an old building, typical from the area, and is situated on the main street of Lesparre . Yet it is very quiet as it opens on a small back street at the rear of the building. On the other side of the street, there is a organic cafe, serving delicious vegetarian deli, and open throughout the day. All kind of shops, restaurants, cinemas, clinic, and culture house, as well as a Carrefour can be reached within 15mn walking distance. There is a launderette 100m from the studio. The studio is 20mn walking distance from the train station. 2 big parking areas are situated 150m away. Bordeaux is 1h30 away, by train or bus.
