This fully-furnished and self-contained cottage is an ideal property for a working professional to base themselves while looking for more permanent accommodation. You have the entire cottage to yourself. It is completely separate from the main house in our back yard, and has its own entry via the street at the back of the property (where there is also free street parking available 24 hours a day) The cottage is relatively modern (built in 2004). We have two cats who may visit the guest house occasionally. We often use AirBnB when we travel so aim to provide the kind of experience we would expect ourselves. Graceville is a quiet leafy suburb in Brisbane's south. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is only 5 minutes drive away. If you won't have a car during your stay, we have a couple of bicycles you are welcome to use to explore the area and the nearby shops and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive to the major regional shopping centre of Indooroopilly. The Graceville Graceville train station (10 minutes walk away) provides easy access to the CBD and Brisbane Domestic and International Airport terminals. Non-smokers only; No pets or small children; There is a pool onsite which guests can use but must follow safe usage rules at all times (eg. no glass, etc) We are mindful of our security so no visitors please without checking with us first. The kitchen is fully-equipped for self catering and includes: Microwave Toaster oven 2 ring electric cooktop Electric frying pan George Foreman-style grill Toaster Fridge (with small freezer) Plus all the other usual things you would expect to find in a kitchen. Plus a couple of bicycles if you'd like to explore the area on two wheels. (And on request we can make a BBQ available too)
