Thanks to its private park with wood oven it is a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday with friends and family. Villa Vittoria, with its 3 floors, is a house full of charm and history, with its large halls with fireplaces and the imposing wooden staircase. Entering the gate and walking along the long tree-lined driveway, you'll feel like you're diving into another era. You can spend your days enjoying the outdoor space or dabbling in the billiard room. The house is located in the area of the Verdicchio Wine and is located near a wine cellar that you can visit. A 20-minute drive away you can visit the unique Frasassi Caves. It's also a 40-minute drive to the beautiful seaside area of Conero. Villa Vittoria is only accessible by car, 3 minutes from the freeway exit and 15 minutes from Falconara airport.
