En nuestra casa tomamos medidas especiales para desinfectar tu espacio debido a la pandemia, nuestra limpieza es exhaustiva y por supuesto ponemos a su disposición nuevos utensilios de higiene recomendados por las autoridades sanitarias. Precioso piso a estrenar en el centro de Castro Urdiales, pueblo de pescadores con mucho encanto e historia, buen ambiente, playas familiares, a 25 minutos de Bilbao (Guggenheim) y poco más de Santander. A dos minutos andando a la playa y en pleno centro, pero a su vez alejado del ruido de su casco antiguo con numerosos bares y restaurantes. Funcional y tranquilo. Calefacción, wifi, smart tv, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, detector de monóxido de carbono y humos, cocina en isla, aparcamiento exterior... Vivienda en muy cómoda para unas vacaciones perfectas entre el mar y la montaña. Nuestra casa de vacaciones nos encanta..nos trasmite mucha calma cuando estamos en ella, deseamos compartirla y que esto siga pasando con nuestros huéspedes. Es un primer piso (aunque segundo en portero automático) con tres tramos de escaleras muy fáciles de subir. Cuenta con unos 64 metros aproximadamente, es sobre todo ideal para una pareja o familia con niños. Tiene dos habitaciones, una de ellas con cama doble, armario empotrado, tv y un pequeño balcón suficiente como para poder sentarse a leer al sol. La otra habitación cuenta con una cama nido. Baño con ducha y elementos de aseo diarios. Una funcional cocina americana en isla, con horno, microondas, lavavajillas, frigorífico congelador, inducción y lavadora. Unido a toda clase de enseres de cocina, tostador, exprimidor, batidora... Podras estar cocinando y a la vez compartiendo buenos momentos con tu familia en el salón comedor. Salón con sofá Chesterfield, smart tv con Netflix y Disney disponible, para poder seguir viendo tus series preferidas. Zona de comedor para cuatro personas. Calefacción individual a 21 grados y wifi en toda la vivienda. Cuenta con aparcamiento exterior dentro de las instalaciones del grupo de viviendas.
