1 - 2 rooms B&B near Disneyland Paris

We propose 1 or2 rooms to accomodate from 1 to 5persons, French breakfast included, in our house at 10 mn from Disney Park. ( Please note that We are living in that house). bathroom and toilets for your own. Transfers possible, charged. We have a cat. The house is wide, with 2 floors. The rooms are on the 1st floor One room with a large double-bed room, an extra bed can be used for a child (The other room with twin beds , or a large double-bed, upon request IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT) You will share the garden with us, if the weather is fine. You will possibly share the bathroom and the toilets with other guests. Park place near the house. I will be present for welcoming you as best as possible, to help you for your destinations, to show you the bus stations and shops.drive you to DisneyParc or Val d'Europe shopping or nearest restaurants (from 9h30 to 22h30) for 7€ per Driving and 3 pers. 9€ per Driving and for 4 persons. Transfer possible from Orly or Roissy Charles de Gaulle airports with MAGICSHUTTLE, organized by Disney. advice : avoid Beauvais airport, it is very far from us : 110 kms... alternative transfers are expensive or very long … As far as possible, I can pick you up at TGV station or RER A station; the house is located in a quiet and green area, near parks, with lakes for a destressing walk. No noise except the birds... Bus stations are at 5 mn walk, Disney-park is t 20 mn with the bus n° 43, 10 mn with a car. Val d'Europe and Shopping village are at 20 mn by bus, 10 mn by car. A French Breakfast served between 8h to 9h30. We provide towels, shampoo... Many touristic sites near our Home : Vaux le Vicomte Castel, Blandy les Tours castle ( 35 kms) , Fontainebleau ( 50km),Versailles ( 70km) Medieval towns Provins or Meaux. Felines Zoo at Lumigny ( 30km)
