Magnificent views to Fristral beach. Great for watching both for the winter storms and the Summer surfers. Large modern classy apartment & free Wi-Fi. We do accept well behaved dogs with a supplement. Two double bedroom apartment, One double en-suite shower & a twin bedroom with a family bathroom, with full bath & shower. Open plan lounge, kitchen & dinning area. Large balcony with table & chairs. Underfloor heating. Large open plan living area. Balcany with table a chairs to sit & admire the views. 15 minutes walk to Newquay centre, but nice a quiet, away from the late night parties. Right on the Cornwall coastal path. The apartment is on the second floor, hence the views. But sorry there is no lift access, so it is not suitable for those with mobility concerns. I will be on the end of my mobile, should you have any concerns during your stay. My management agent lives 10 minutes from the apartment. Pentire is a quiet area of Newquay. No night clubs. But the centre is 3 min drive / 15 min walk. The Lewennick Lodge bar and restaurant is a 15min walk up the coast. You would not need a car to stay here. Newquay train station is a 25 min walk or a short taxi ride. Bus station is 15mins walk. The airport is about 5 miles away. Please note we do require a minimum booking of 5 or 7 nights during peak holidays. Saturday to Saturday bookings peak weeks. Dogs are welcome with a supplement of £10 per day. Rates include up to 4 guests, 5th guest will be an extra £20 per day. Sorry only full week (7 night bookings) are accepted from June to October and during school holidays. Unless it is less than 10 days before the dates, in which case a short break may be considered. We only live in Plymouth 340188 which is just over 1 hour away.
