(There is a long term tenant living upstairs, so you don't have to worry about loud neighbors) We value quality products to make your stay as comfortable as possible: - All memory foam mattresses and pillows are in allerease protectors for allergy and bedbug protection -All 100% cotton towels and cotton sheets. -Disinfecting cleaning products are effective against coronavirus and do not have harsh chemicals. -Tide pods for any laundry you need to do during your stay Apt layout: Walk into a dining room for 4 that opens to the new kitchen. Watch your shows on the 55" Smart TV in the living room. You'll find a brand new kitchen & bath with modern designs. One bedroom has King memory foam mattress with memory foam pillows. Second bedroom has Queen memory foam mattress with comfortable sheets and pillows. New washer & dryer are in the basement. It is also close to the well known Hyde Park. It is just minutes away to Wasson Trail, parks, and all the restaurants Hyde Park has to offer! Other Things to Note: Parking is in the driveway or along the street. Because of the single driveway shared with tenant living upstairs, off street parking in the driveway is for loading/unloading only. There is a long term tenant living upstairs, so please do not go upstairs and disturb the tenant. No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds. Strict early check in and late check out fees apply. Please coordinate ahead of time.
