This romantic apartment is actually a private house located on my parents property. You have private entrance and gate. 5 minutes’ walk to the beach, 20 m2 terrace with a dining area. BBQ in beautiful garden. Totally renovated, with lots of natural light and 4-meter-high ceilings, it can sleep between 2-4 people. With an open plan kitchen, dining and living room and a separate double bedroom with lots of storage space (plenty room for suitcases!!) it is ideal for singles, couples and families. Wide and luminous living room with a corner sofa that opens into a large bed. It is equipped with LCD TV, air-conditioning and storage space. The living room is connected to the dining room equipped for 2-4 people where you can enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables from the local markets. Use this apartment as your own :) We love meeting our guests but we know you will also love to have some quiet time upon your arrival to get comfortable and relax after the trip so we give our guests maximum privacy. We are always available during your stay whether you need assistance around the apartment or if you want us to give you some tips. A very calm and friendly neighborhood with a 5'' walking distance to the supermarkets, bus stop, post office, beaches, restaurants and green market. We are owners of a healthy food store IBIS just next to apartment so we can provide you with some delicious local and international products. Our beautiful seaside town is surrounded by attractive excursion sites and beaches, like Rose, Žanjice, Mirišta, Mamula, Plava špilja or Trašte Cave, Bigovo, Luštica Peninsula, Morinj, Perast, Kotor, Tivat... In the summer, Herceg Novi offers lots of cultural programs such as music festival Sunčane skale (July), Guitar Art summer fest (August), International festival of classical music “Dani muzike" (July), Herceg Novi Film Festival (first ten days of August), International Book Fair "Trg od knjige" (July). Just 200 m distance from the best beaches, 20 minutes’ drive from the center of Old Town Herceg Novi, 20 minutes’ drive from the international airport.o It is accessible from the following airports: Tivat Airport (TIV) 15 km, Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) 45 km and Podgorica Airport (TGD) 110 km. You can enjoy long walks along the promenade which is just 150m away from the apartment. The promenade takes you along the seaside to the other side of the city - it is beautiful for long summer walks. There is a bus stop just 100 m away from the apartment where you can catch a local or any inter-city bus. Otherwise there are 2 taxi services always available. Air conditioning is optional, 4€ per day.
