WE CAN ONLY accept fully vaccinated Covid 19 guests. Step back in time and enjoy a respite from the busy world at our beautiful English Manor Home and Cottage Gardens. Situated on private 8 acres, tennis court. We are located 5 min. from Town with Canandaigua Lake for water sports, 20 min. to Bristol Mountain with aerial adventures and skiing in winter. Fine Restaurants, Wineries, Micro breweries, beautiful Finger Lakes vistas. Our home was featured in "Our Home In The Finger Lakes" magazine as well as it has been on several Garden Tours. Your private, comfortable room and bath are located in a separate wing of the house affording total privacy. There is a TV in your room with Netflix. An additional small bedroom with a double bed is available in this wing for a member of your party for an additional cost of $35/night. You will have access to your private wing with your room (which also has a comfortable sitting area) and private bath. Outdoor spaces surrounded by beautiful gardens. We are very familiar with the Finger Lakes Region and will have brochures available with local attractions to help our guests enjoy this beautiful and unique area. We are located on a lightly traveled country road in a pastoral setting (agricultural, residential and horse farms). wild life and song birds abound, country setting only 5 min to City of Canandaigua We are in close proximity to supermarkets (Wegmans, Tops). fine restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, boutiques, and dozens of wineries and micro breweries, 20 min to Bristol Mt Ski and Adventure Park. 35 min to Rochester airport. You will need your own car to get around. Uber and Lift is also available. No smoking or drug use in and around our property. Guests are required to wear masks inside in common areas.
