We are close Shakespeare Roads MEDICAL SPECIALISTS NORTH SHORE HOSPITAL SMALES FARM CAFES, BEACHES We are down a shared very private driveway surrounded by trees & Native birds. There is off road parking We are a very comfortable 7min walk to Milford beach, Marina & walking distance to Milford village and mall. Where you will find a great selection of restaurants/bars, cafes and Boutique shops, New World & Countdown. Your room has an extremely comfortable Sleepy head (Deep Sleeper)bed with an inner sprung mattress . Electric blanket for the winter. HRV Fan Wifi USB point for charging your phone or computer A good selection of pillows to choose from😜 Excellent quality linen, extra bedding if required. Plenty of draws and room to hang clothes. The bathroom has a hair dryer & straightening tongs supplied. Access to our house is up several steps, We are multi levels and the bedrooms are on the top level. You are more than welcome to make tea or coffee in the kitchen. Also the living area and outdoor areas are there to be enjoyed. We offer a Continental breakfast. We enjoy meeting people, and interacting with them. If visitors to NZ we are only too happy to suggest places for visiting.. Our neighbourhood is extremely safe. We are down a private drive so no through traffic noise. Very quiet with trees around most homes. A gentle level walk to the beach and Milford village shops.. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk from our house. You can go all over the North Shore and into the City. Only 5mins to the motorways north & south Off road parking area at our house. Off street parking. Close to the bus stop if required.. Corner dairy a two minute walk away Milford beach only a short walk away.
