Cozy condo

A cozy one bedroom unit located inside one of the prime properties in the city. The unit is furnished with basic furniture and appliances. This is a cozy, 26.3-square meters, 1-bedroom unit located on the 9th floor of Tower 3, facing the sunrise. The unit is fully equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, and small flat screen T.V. with basic channels (no cable). Aside from the queen-sized bed in the bedroom, there is also a sofa bed in the living room big enough for one adult or 2 kids. Short-term (at least one week) guest have access to the gym at the clubhouse, basketball and badminton court, and swimming pools for a fee. Please contact us for rates and where to pay. Long term guests (at least one month) have full access to all amenities. Guests are free to contact the host for any need or problem they have. Just give a quick message and we will accommodate you if possible. The Grass Residences is 5 minutes aways from SM North EDSA through the link bridge. Also, the condominium is 15 minutes away from Trinoma Ayala Mall by walking. Passenger terminals going to various parts of the Metro is available at SM North EDSA and Trinoma. Nearby hospitals include JP Sioson Hospital and Quezon City General Hospital. Paid parking lots are available within the condominium on a first-come-first-serve basis. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will ask a copy of your and your companions' IDs (if any) . We will send to you the form for your check-in and will give you the check-in instructions.
