This large two story home is situated in a quiet suburb of Sydney. Filled with light, high ceilings, stylish furnishings, art, heated pool and so much more. The home boasts a variety of living and entertaining spaces for a wide selection of groups and film sets. Heated pool, separate entertaining areas including pizza oven and BBQ. Spacious throughout. The home features a state of the art kitchen, with all appliances you will need including dishwasher, 2 ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop, microwave, double fridge and freezer with filtered water and ice machine. The kitchen features a sprawling stone bench top for casual dining and in the adjoining area a 10 seater table is available for more formal dining. The open plan living also allows for comfortable TV viewing on the large flat screen TV (Netflix available) or simply lounging with 2 custom made 3 seater lounges and a number of Thai day mattresses for reading or relaxing. A separate living space is ideal for separate TV viewing also with access to Netflix and a range of DVDs. This room is also a great retreat for younger guests with an array of toys for both genders and a wide range of ages. Adjoining this area is a court yard complete with pizza oven if you're a foodie or simply want to try your hand at something new! There is an additional room in the down stairs area that is a versatile space including a piano and is the 5th bedroom should it be required. The downstairs bathroom is conveniently accessible from the pool area. This bathroom consists of an open shower with a rain head as well as hand held shower head. The stone basin completes this ambient space. There is an adjoining laundry with LG touch washing machine and other laundry essentials. The back entertaining area marries the indoor with the outdoor, with continued flooring and high ceilings, complete with the quintessential Aussie BBQ. A beautiful tiled and heated pool awaits you with a gorgeous canopied 5 seater day bed beyond for the ultimate paradise feel. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with luxurious ensuite. The bedroom houses a king size bed and walk through wardrobe, with the ensuite consisting of double stone basins and double shower. There is another bathroom upstairs that houses a unique stone bath tub, double stone basins and frameless shower. Two bedrooms consist of king single beds and built in wardrobes. The final bedroom houses a bunk bed that accommodates two people on the bottom double, one person on the top and a fourth person on the trundle. Portable cot also available that can be set up in any room required. The open area upstairs consists of a library and several workstations. There is a stone sprawling wrap-around desk suitable for working if needed. For stays longer than 10 days staff will attend the property for cleaning at your convenience to replace linen, clean bathrooms and wash floors. The home is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. There is an adjoining garage that is not accessible. We are contactable by guests as needed via email, daily if necessary. This is at the discretion of guests, and we are only in contact if you need us. We have care takers who will attend to the property for cleaning and maintenance or in the event of an urgent issue. This home is situated in an extremely quiet street yet close to cafes, restaurants and bars. Within minutes you can walk to a small hub of these places or get in your car, Uber, bus, train for an even bigger array of shopping and culinary choices. We are 25 minute car ride to iconic Sydney sights such as Sydney harbour, the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.. The heart of Sydney is also accessible by bus and train if you dont have a car and don’t want to Uber. If you don't have a car, there are bus stops within minutes of your door step, Uber is always quick to arrive as are taxis if you prefer. The train station is a short bus ride away or 20 minute walk and there is a way to every part of Sydney via the public transport system. We understand that the home is available during the New Year’s Eve period and if it is your hope to host a party at this time or any other time during your intended stay this home will not be a suitable booking. There is a no parties rule for this property as this is our family home which we love to share with the Airbnb community but not beyond the 10 guests it caters for. Visitors - only booked guests and our maintenance staff are allowed on the property.
