Granny's little house, Chester

This quaint little end of terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac gives you the feeling you're staying at your grandmother's house. Functional and well located 10-15 minutes walk from Chester city centre and station. It is not stylish or chic, certainly not boutique. But it is a home which will make you feel welcome. Suitable for adults wishing to spend some time in Chester. Kitchen-dining-living space on the ground floor, two bedrooms (one double, one single), one shower room (with toilet, compact shower cubicle 70x70cm and basin), on the first floor. Three outside spaces, a small front lawn, a utility area (or kitchen garden) where you can dry clothes and a patio with sliding patio doors onto the living space. Patio now has a small table and two chairs and the kitchen garden has a bench. The place is slowly being modernised but still with a welcoming charm. Keys are available from a masterlock key safe so you can arrive whenever you like. Hosts available by phone 24/7 should you need anything. Northgate Village is a small residential area just beyond the city walls. The house is close enough to the city centre and the station to walk to most places but parking is available. As mentioned this property in the process of being updated and improved. So far it's had a new heating and hot water system which has greatly improved the shower, we also have had cavity wall and loft insulation so this winter it should be warm! Also a new oven has been installed. Despite covid we continue to slowly update things. Suggestions always welcome.
