Mudgee offers a number of great wineries, restaurants, cafes, and great pub meals. September is the month of the Mudgee Wine festival. The house is situated between Mudgee and Rylstone. Rylstone is a quaint village with a delicious yum cha restaurant, antique shop, wool shop & gorgeous natural assets such as Ferntree Gully and Dunns swamp. Also fabulous wineries such as De Beaurepaire and Naked Lady Wines. Just down the road is the Rylstone Olive Press selling world winning olive oils. You will need your own vehicle. Under cover car space for 3 cars. We are a farmstay with cattle, horses, dogs and chickens for the children to interact with. Old Bara is an easy 25 mins drive from Mudgee, 9kms unsealed road, passable by ALL vehicles.
