Situated close to local amenities and attractions, walking distance to the harbour, Ffestiniog railway and overlooking Porthmadog park. The apartment is accessed via steps and has two staircases inside. Entrance to the apartment is on Smith Street and is at the rear of Cadwaladers ice cream store. There is a narrow gated driveway, and a few steep steps to the front door. Once inside go up a flight of stairs to a modern fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave. Open plan dining room for 6 (can be extended) / sitting room with widescreen, Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Bathroom includes a shower and also a washing machine and a dryer. Travel cot and mattress, high chair (folding to fit on a chair). Stair gate. Another stair gate leads upstairs again to another stair gate, 2 double bedrooms, one with fold out single bed / seat, twin beds in third bedroom. Very large bathroom with shower, bath, sink and WC. Take care when ascending, as the stairs are quite narrow. All bedrooms have Smart TV's with DVD player. Towels are provided for all guests. Beach towels are also available. Above the famous Cadwaladers which sells a wide range of ice creams, delicious ice cream sundaes, brunch, lunch, pizza and a range of barista coffees and speciality teas.
