Pen Y Bryn Bach is a newly renovated detached cottage, the former pig sty has many of its original features however it benefits from a large kitchen space which is ideal for entertaining. The property has private parking, Wi-Fi included and a smart TV with access to streaming sites such as Netflix. The lounge area offers a log burner for those cosy nights in. This location is ideal for couples, families and walkers wanting to get away to the country. Pen Y Bryn Bach has undergone extensive renovation keeping many traditional features to make it a cosy retreat. There are sea views and views of Snowdonia and other mountain ranges in the area. The property benefits from having its own private garden and gets the sun for most of the day. The house overlooks a 5 star award winning caravan park which is kept and maintained to a very high standard. When you come to stay there is a private garden for you to use, this space is secure to keep pets and children safe when outside. We live in a separate property on site, so we are available to help in any way we can (conforming with social distancing regulations). Chwilog is a quiet village located in Pen Llyn which has a local pub and butchers offering local produce. The location benefits from a cycle track and coastal path plus the beach which is within walking distance. Chwilog is located 5 miles from Pwllheli and 9 miles from Porthmadog which has supermarkets and local shops. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the drive and a train station approx 1 mile from the property. It is located approx 1/2 mile from the beach and a mile from Haven. There are many stunning walks you can go on in the area, these range from the coastal path, to the Lon Goed to taking on the challenge of climbing Snowdonia. Our land backs on to Ocean heights caravan park so if you wanted to come on holiday with additional people then they could book on there.
