Ideal starting point for trips into the Gantrisch Natural Reserve, Emmental, the Berner Oberland, the Lake of Thun, or the Cities of Bern or Thun. It has a beautiful garden, close access to public transportation and available parking. The Accommodation The accommodation has a separate entrance, its own kitchen and bath, access to a lovely garden with an outdoor fireplace, a table and chairs that are available for use in the summer months. We live as a family upstairs from the accommodation, and we enjoy visits from guests. For a fee, we also offer breakfast. Two bicycles are available for use. We are often at home and are happy to be available to our guests, unless we are away at work. There is a parking place in front of the house. Within a five-minute walk are a train station and a bus stop. On the same floor as the accommodation is an art studio, which is occasionally in use for evening courses. It is possible to use the studio for creative purposes for an extra fee. We have a friendly dog. Hause Rules This is a non-smoking house. It is possible to smoke outside. Small dogs are allowed. Please keep the peace at night between 10 pm and 6 am, avoiding noise in this timespan.
