The complex consists of rooms, studios and apartments, as well as a bungalow. Within the premises, there is also a family tavern, a beach snack bar and a lounge bar. The newly built Superior Family Sea View Studios are located on the 1st floor, accommodate up to 4 guests and offer private balconies with sea view. They are equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The studios are air-conditioned and have private bathroom with shower as well as kitchen with electric rings and oven along with basic cooking kitchenware.  The two studios can be rented separately or together, as they can be joined into a big apartment through an adjoining door.
