We are offering our newly renovated traditional 19th century stone farm cottage. Tastefully renovated with its history in mind, whilst giving you all the modern conveniences necessary to have a comfortable stay. The farmhouse is ideally situated for the Wild Atlantic Way, Ring of Kerry, Killarney, and it's National Park. Located just a couple of miles from where the Dingle and Iveragh peninsulas meet, we are in easy reaching distance of beautiful beaches. Over the past 5 years, we have planted over 15000 trees as part of the native woodland trust to reforest Ireland. Our small contribution is right here. The land has not been farmed in a. traditional sense for at least 40 years, and therefore really is its own nature reserve. Birds of Prey can be spotted. Even owls. Swallows come and nest close by. And much much more. We also host an allotment scheme for the local communities of Milltown and Castlemaine. Where people use the space to grow fruit and vegetables. So you might end up meeting a few of the locals. We like to give you your own space. We will either therefore meet you on arrival, or have the key in its safe place for you to collect, but after that we will give you the time and space to enjoy your trip. Rural Ireland. Farm-country.
