Our place is on the river and feels like a tree house. It has its own private jetty and a beautiful outlook where you can unwind, reset and relax. You’ll love our place and the natural light that fills the property. We provide quality linen & towels so you don't need to think about anything. We also have an amazing wood burner fireplace for the colder months! Access is via boat and we provide a tinny, kayaks & SUP. We are close to renowned restaurants like Peat's Bite and Berowra Waters Inn. A unique, light-filled, waterfront property with everything you need so that you don't need to spend days packing or get there only to find you've forgotten the sheets. It's all there for you! Accessible by boat which is organised as part of your stay. We promise you it will be an amazing experience! The runabout comes with a full tank of fuel (additional fuel can be purchased at $37 / 20 litres) It is a 4-knot, no-wash zone so all boats must travel slowly and no boat licence is required. The boat takes a maximum of 4 adults, all to wear life jackets provided, and to be used in daylight hours only. For the Runabout, kayaks & stand-up paddle boards, it is important to be aware that if/when utilising them guests are choosing to do so AT THEIR OWN RISK AND IN THE EVENT OF ANY MISHAP or ACCIDENT ACCEPT FULL LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILTY. Guests must act in accordance with the Maritime rules accessible via this link (Website hidden by Airbnb) During winter months, one bag of firewood is supplied per evening. Any additional firewood will be charged at $20/bag. PLEASE NOTE: Potential fall and deep water hazard for young children. Kids are absolutely welcome but parents/guardians need to be mindful that the property contains elevated balconies, open edge stairs and easy child access to the river. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Excess rubbish will incur additional charges. Excessively loud parties will incur a fine. Any noise complaints from the community will incur a minimum $200 fine. Any additional fees and/or fines incurred will be either amended in the booking prior to stay or deducted from the security deposit refund. The property is accessible by boat which is organised as part of your stay. You drive to 199 Bay Road, Berowra Waters marina where there is free parking. We organise to meet you there and transport you to the property! From then on you can use our tinny for 1.5km up/down the river (it comes with a full tank of fuel which you can top up if required) We also provide kayaks and a paddle board. We can help you to organise private boat trips to amazing local eateries such as Peat's Bite or the iconic Berowra Waters Inn. The property really comfortably sleeps 8-10 adults with 3 Queen beds & 1 Double bed. 2 single trundle beds and a queen sofa bed is available upon agreement for a larger group. It is strictly a 4 knot, no wash zone. You don't need a boat licence to use the tinny but it is for a maximum of 4 adults, all to wear life jackets provided and to use to a maximum 1.5km up/down the river. For any private trips by boat (in addition to pick up / drop off which is included in the package) we can happily arrange this for you (additional charges apply) Regarding the review that mentions poor wifi - there was a Telstra fault with the line which has since been fixed, so wifi connection is now fine :)
