A comfortable country house in an English park

A large 18th century longère, the Pré-Boulay gîte comfortably accommodates thirteen people. All the rooms on the ground floor open by French windows onto the park, redesigned in 1993 by the owners. On the ground floor: living room (with fireplace), kitchen, summer living room, bedroom, bathroom. Upstairs, five bedrooms, a glass roof library, two bathrooms. The six bedrooms all have ten beds - three double beds and seven single beds. The surrounding forest has Lyons-la-Forêt as its heart, 7 km away, ranked among the 150 most beautiful villages in France. The walks lead, to the south, to Petit-Andely, in a loop of the Seine (25 km), and reveal, to the north, the hilly panoramas of the country of Bray, between the rivers of Andelle and l ' Epte. 80 km in this direction, Varengeville-sur-Mer rises its cliffs on the edge of the English Channel. Rouen, to the west, is 40 km away; Paris, east, 100 km.
