Frenchs Forest House + Large Outdoor Entertainment

Northern Beaches Pet Friendly 3 bedroom house with large outdoor entertainment area and level gardens including parking located in a quite and convenient area on the Sydney North Shore in Frenchs Forest. The house is located short walk to the bus stop that take you to the centre of Sydney in 30 minutes, easy walk from Northern Beaches hospital, shopping centre, aquatic centre, restaurants, as well as Garigal National Park for excellent bush walks and 10 minutes drive to Dee Why or Manly beach. Private, leafy and safe location in Sydney Northern Beaches. And well located to the shops, beaches, and a new Northern Beaches hospital. The large level backyard is excellent for entertainment with BBQ, and an outdoor setting which also includes covered areas. Guests are welcome to use the backyard and outdoor entertainment areas for the guests the house is booked for. The house floors are all polished timber in the living rooms and bedrooms with slate kitchen floor and tiled bathroom floor. Bathroom includes IXL Tastic fan/heater/light, and the use of a large gas hot water tank. All bedroom includes wardrobes, beds, blankets, pillows, linen, and towels. Block out curtains, and blinds are in all bedrooms and living room. Flyscreens are fitted to all windows of the house. Living room contains large 6 seater dining suite, 2 seater leather lounge sofa, leather recliner, 3 armchairs, coffee table, TV and desk. Kitchen includes full gas cooking with 4 burner stove top, oven and griller, as well as a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchenware, dinnerware, cutlery, etc. Washing machine is provided in the laundry room, with an outdoor clothes line plus an indoor clothes airer. The house is professionally cleaned with disinfectant and all linen/towels are laundered at 60 or 95 degrees water temperature. Guests will have the full use of the house and its garden (front and rear). Well behaved pets are welcome. Front and back yards are fully fenced and the rear house screen door also includes a pet door. The house is fully private and guests have full use of the property. We are available to attend our guests needs when requested as we live in the nearby area in Frenchs Forest and know the area very well. Safe, and private location in Sydney north shore. This house positioned lovely family area so please keep the noise down from 12 midnight to 7am. The house is located in a quiet typically Australian suburban street which is 5 to 10 minutes walk to shopping centre, bus stop, restaurants, coffee shops, playground, and excellent bush walks. A trip by bus takes 30 minutes to get to the city centre, or 25 minutes drive. Only 10 minutes drive to Dee Why or Manly beach. Plenty of free parking onsite, and on the street if required. The house is conveniently located to the shops, restaurants, beaches and an easy drive (or bus ride) to the city centre. Parties are not permitted, and smoking is only allowed in an outside areas of the property. All rubbish is to be disposed off and dishes must be washed prior to departure. All cigarette butts, bottles, rubbish are to be picked up from the outdoor areas and placed into rubbish bins provided. On departure please turn off lights, TV, heating, etc and lock the house keys inside the house. We are pet friendly and use some feather filled quilts and pillows so it may impact guests with allergies.
