Loft Apartment with upstairs snug

You’re invited to stay in our home, located on the top floor of a converted boot factory. Enjoy a light and airy, south facing kitchen diner, double bedroom, bathroom (shower/bath) and upstairs snug. Located on a quiet street of Earl Shilton in Leicestershire, many amenities are a stones throw away including a small supermarket (open 7 days a week), pubs, restaurants and cafes. There is free on street parking next to the property, WiFi/freeview TV within and 100% renewable energy. High ceilings and exposed brick give the authentic factory conversion feel, with cozy and simple living at the heart of our home. The outside space and shared entrance areas are quite modest but friendly and easy to navigate. We also live here as the hosts and rent out the apartment when we are away. • TERMS OF STAY 1. Please hand sanitise prior to entering building (entrance shared with another apartment) 2. We cannot allow guests at the property apart from those specifically booked (max 2) 3. Please be vigilant with hand washing, obeying government guidelines at all times 4. Please cancel immediately if you or anyone you know shows symptoms of Covid-19 or has been instructed to self isolate 5. Under no circumstances are guests permitted to stay longer than nights reserved on original booking All areas are open to guest use apart from one locked bedroom which is where we keep our things. Text, email or call anytime + emergency contact available if needed in the area Family friendly, quiet area of little market town ‘Earl shilton’. We are a 5 minute walk from the centre, with a bus stop round the corner. Very quiet road with lovely neighbours. We are a short walk from great amenities including a coop (open until 10pm 7 days a week), restaurants, Beauty parlours, hair dresser, fish and chip shop, general stores, pubs and cafes. The amazing Burbage woods walk is a 5min drive, and just a little further to stoney cove, market bosworth, and various country outdoor spaces and garden centres. Good bus service to Hinckley and Leicester. Bus stop at end of the road with more stops 5min walk in the centre. Closest train stations would be Hinckley, Nuneaton or Leicester. We have free roadside parking next to the property. There are great footpaths through fields bordering the town and a favourite of ours is Burbage woods which is a 5 minute drive. We do share the building with other converted apartments which are all in close proximity, using a shared entrance / hall way. We have lovely neighbours and so we do ask guests to be mindful and respectful of this factor please when staying. Our apartment is on the second floor with stairs only access. Check in from 4pm onwards The ladder stairs leading up to the snug may not be suitable for all guests.
