You can only use the ground floor with direct access to the porch overlooking the surrounding garden with lawn. The use of the infinity pool and all the external structures (barbecue, wood-burning oven, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom, changing room for the swimming pool and another bathroom) is also exclusive.
