Pet friendly cottage with parking near Falmouth

Our Cornish cottage is a stone's throw from some of the best beaches in Cornwall. We have private off-road parking and a sunny courtyard making it perfect for a family holiday or couples retreat. Our cottage is pet friendly inside and out with a secure courtyard, we just ask that dogs are kept in the kitchen and courtyard. The Helford Passage and public gardens are just a short drive away. There is also good bus links and a train station. You will be welcomed into our home with a Cornish Cream Tea, a selection of tea and coffee, milk and fresh locally baked bread. There will be a guide to send you in the right direction and a contact number incase of any queries during your stay. You are welcome to use all of the house We live locally so we will be available to solve any issues immediately. Our little street in Penryn dates back to the 18th Century and is steeped in historic buildings. Around the corner is the fabulous Fal River, The Warehouse coffee shop and Muddy Beach restaurant. You can easily walk to Falmouth in 30 minutes, catch a bus around the corner or head up to the train station, a 10 minute walk away, to go further a field. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need recommendations. The cottage is set over three floors, the kitchen on the bottom, living room on the first and bedroom and toilet on the third. There are steps to the front door.
