Amazing house on idyllic complex, pool, restaurant

Beautiful large house set in an acre of grounds, with stunning swimming pool (open May - September), restaurant, indoor games room, outdoor play area. Pool area has separate babies and toddlers splash pool (open May - September) Each house has it's own private outdoor dining area and a covered pergola. The house is situated in a small french village, nestled between the vines and sunflowers. With an easy drive to Cognac, Bordeaux or Royan there is something for everyone here. Welcome to Maison St Louis a family run small gite complex set in the beautiful Charente. We have three lovely gites in an acre of private gardens with a beautiful large swimming pool with diving area and a separate childrens splash pool perfect for babies and toddlers. Le Bourg is a lovely large house with open plan kitchen opening onto the upper terrace with private outdoor dining and bbq. The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofa's, flatscreen t.v. and UK freeview, everything you need in a home from home. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower and another bathroom upstairs with bath and shower. Five bedrooms and an wonderful large landing on the second floor. WIFI throughout the complex and full central heating. We have an indoor games room, an outdoor play area in the shaded spot of the garden next to the pool and a covered sandpit on the upper terrace. All homes have been lovingly decorated and offer a perfect home from home. Guests can use all of the amenities at Maison St Louis which are: Large swimming pool (open May - September) Children's splash pool perfect for toddlers and babies (open May - September) Outdoor play area with slide, swings and trampoline Indoor games room with pool table, darts, table tennis, gym equipment, games, puzzles, colouring and books We are resident on the complex and we have a simple ideal which is that everyone of our guests has the best holiday ever. We will be on site to greet all guests and available throughout their stay should we be required. Situated in the small sleepy village of Passirac, the nearest village of Brossac has a simple small shop and a wonderful butchers and bakers. Within walking distance is one of France's wonderful inland beach fronted lakes with a bar and restaurant. Passirac is a haven for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers as the rolling hills and quietly beautiful countryside have an abundance of hiking and biking trails. The area has some of the country's most beautiful Chateau's, breathtakingly beautiful small towns, vineyard and of course an abundance of sumptuous restaurants. Reaching further afield you can explore the wonderful South Atlantic Coastline with its miles of stunning sandy beaches, including Royan, Il de Re, Lacanau and La Rochelle. Alternatively you can reach the famous landmarks of the Dordogne Region with its dramatic landscapes and Dordogne River. The beautiful city of Bordeaux and its surrounding villages is only a short drive away. A full list of all local and regional attractions is available on site. In order to appreciate the beauty of the surrounding areas a car is recommended. We do have two very friendly dogs that live on site with us and a 8yr old daughter who attends the local school.
