It’s situated in a highly sought-after beach street location only 100 metres from Wamberal beach and features 5 large bedrooms, four bathrooms a heated swimming pool, and comfortably sleeps up to 14 people (8 adults and 4 children). This magnificent home offers luxury family living at its finest with large bedrooms all with built in robes and 3 including an en-suite and did I mention the self-contained pool cabana complete with kitchenette and bathroom. The main residence has a total of 4 bathrooms plus two powder rooms, one on each level, a huge open plan kitchen with ceasar stone benchtops and butlers pantry, an open plan living, dining area that opens onto the entertainment balcony with ocean views looking over north Wamberal beach. The heated pool will meet all your needs for your family holiday and provide a haven to simply relax and enjoy the sounds of the sea. Pool Heating from 1st September to 31st May. GROUND FLOOR You enter the property through security gates into a fantastic 4 car basement garage that has plenty of parking for everyone. The property is fully fenced both front and back and is suitable for children. The backyard features a resort style heated pool with its own shower and toilet. The backyard is north facing which means the pool and entertainment area receives sun most of the day. FIRST FLOOR With internal access from the garage you can reach the first floor where you find four bedrooms, two that feature an ensuite. The main bathroom, laundry and powder room and access to the pool area. SECOND FLOOR The second floor consists of one bedroom with an ensuite, additional powder room, modern kitchen with butler’s pantry and gas cooking. Dining area seating eight people and an open plan lounge room with ocean views towards looking over Terrigal and it’s iconic Skillion. The kitchen/Dining opens onto the balcony with a five burner BBQ that overlooks the heated pool and has ocean views of north Wamberal beach. LOCATION Casa Del Mar is located on the scenic Central Coast only 90 minutes north of Sydney via the F3 Freeway. The property is a hop skip and a jump from Wamberal beach and only a short walk to Lotus Café or Green room café where you can get a nice coffee. Terrigal and Wamberal Beach are popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is a 10-15 minute walk from Casa Del Mar where you can find award winning restaurants, cafes and great boutique shopping. SECURITY CAMERAS The property has external security cameras which record 24/7. NOISE POLICY Gosford Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm (including weekends). POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 9PM. Please note that all our properties are patrolled after these hours by security and bookings such as buck’s parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond. STRICTLY: NO PARTIES OR CELEBRATIONS NO OUTSIDE MUSIC OR LOUD MUSIC INSIDE NO BUCKS/HENS PARTIES NO WEDDINGS OR ENGAGEMENT PARTIES. NO SCHOOLIES OR YOUNG GROUPS (Minimum age requirement 30) Weekend rates are calculated if you stay either Thursday/Friday night, Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night. We will ask you to sign our holiday letting agreement before check-in. COVID CANCELLATION POLICY Covid policy is effective on all bookings made from the 30th July 2021 onward. If there are NSW government restrictions in place that prevent travel into the Central Coast you are entitled to a change of dates or a refund of rent minus any HomeAway/Stayz Service fee’s. Please note: • This does not apply to restrictions made in other states/countries. • Your dates must be transferred to the same property and new dates selected with in 12 months from your original booking date. • If changing dates you must pay the price difference between seasons • The above cancellation policy does not apply to guests who are allowed to arrive and stay before restrictions come into effect. Guests are liable for the full stay amount and will not receive part refunds for change of mind if they are legally allowed to stay at property. • If guests are required to quarantine while at the property, guests will be liable for full costs of extending the stay.
