Nice and comfortable countryside house for a perfect vacation in nature. The villa is situated in Cervari, the area of famous city Rovinj , also near Poreč. During the hot summer days cool yourself in the big pool or nice near the beach ( 20 km ). Exterior has a plenty of space, pool, BBQ and sun deck. Ground floor in the house consists of living room kitchen, bathroom and dining room. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has an attic which consists of bedroom and bathroom. Guests can access in all rooms in the house. The whole house is just for guests. The owner or his representative will be available on the phone, or if something is urgent, they will be available in person. The neighborhood is quiet. Perfect location for relaxing vacation in nature. You will need a car to visit beautiful Istrian cities like Rovinj and Pula. It's quite a nice place for vacation, ideal starting point for your exploration of Istria.
