It is just a few steps from the famous Arno river, Via Tornabuoni and the main points of interesting. Close by guests will find typical restaurants, wine bars, shops and all kinds of useful services for your stay (supermarket, pharmacy, taxi). It is easy to reach. Santa Maria Novella train station is just 20-minute walk away. Guests can arrive easily from both Florence and Pisa airport. Ideal for a couple or a single traveler for a short to medium term rental. Parking: the historic Florence city center is a ZTL pedestrian only zone in which very few cars are allowed. Special rules apply to enter this area with a vehicle. This apartment is located within the ZTL. Near the apartment you will find Oltrarno public pay and display parking or adequate street parking, for which you will need to pay between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. When seeking street parking please note that you must park in blue lined spots as the white lined spaced are for residents use only. Parking costs vary within the city with the highest charges being found towards the Florence city centre. If you prefer, you can park in a private garage . Not included in the price is the City Tourist tax of €3,00 per person (over the age of 12) per night, for the first 7 nights.
