Fairmont South features 2 off-street parking spaces by the side porch & is easy walking to the Old Town Walking Mall. You are renting your own private side, with private entrance, parking and no shared spaces other than the back yard and driveway. Please list your guests names on your reservation and remember no parties or outside guess are permitted without written permission from the host. Please be quiet between the hours of 9:00PM and 8:00AM as there may be guests in the Airbnb on the other side, and we love our neighbors!
