The great Talamanca apartment.

Beautiful apartment 3 minutes from the beach, ideal for couples or families located in the heart of the lovely resort of Talamanca. The apartment has 2 air conditioned bedrooms one ensuite and the other with direct access to the bathroom with roll top bath and shower suite, both bedrooms have direct access onto the balcony and you can fall asleep lin a very quiet place. The ensuite bedroom has a king size bed (a day/single bed can also be made up if required) and bedroom two has a super king bed. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, drawers and are tastefully furnished. The apartment has a nice modern open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has a SMEG fridge, washing machine, cooker, toaster, microwave with everything guests would need to cater if you choose not to take advantage of the large choice of Talamanca restaurants. There is a dining table seating six people and large corner sofa with flatscreen TV with UK channels. You can have a cocktail or dinner on the balcony which has Outdoor seating whilst enjoying spectacular seaviews after a tough day on the beach or having travelled around the beautiful white Isle Ibiza. The apartment is not suitable for party people as it is a residential area. Two sets of keys will be provided. Smoking is permitted on the "balcony only". No car required, walking distance to the beach, restaurant street, restaurants in front the beach and all Talamanca has to offer. Check in time 2pm check out time 11am. All bedding, bath towels, cleaning and air conditioning are included in the cost and a deposit of €100 will be requested on booking and following inspection of apartment and on return of keys will be refunded to guests. A discount will be considered for longer bookings.
