Seashore villa 150m from sea

Our villa is located in seaside area of Kokkino Limanaki with panoramic ocean views in a non tourist area. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk from the house is rated one of the top 10 beaches near Athens by (Website hidden by Airbnb) and has received the Blue Flag Rating by FEE. It is an excellent family beach for swimming, sunbathing or snorkeling in the rocky area near by. The house is 1.5 km from Rafina for daily ferry boat trips to the islands. Spacious three bedroom home with two full baths. The two bedrooms upstairs share one of the bathrooms and the downstairs bedroom is a separate suite with its own bathroom. The house was fully renovated in 2020-2021 and has a new modern kitchen with granite countertops and Bosch appliances. There are two verandas for morning and afternoon sitting. The front veranda is perfect for afternoon coffee and dinner, with panoramic views of the sea and the island of Evia while the rear veranda is a great place to take your morning breakfast before you go for a swim. The house is fully air conditioned on both levels. It has a fully equipped kitchen and an electric grill in the back garden for your use. Please be careful when grilling as the fire hazard is elevated in the summer months because of the dry conditions in Greece. There is a washer/dryer downstairs that is available for use as well. The villa is located in a quiet non-tourist residential area with parking inside the gate or in the street. It is only 1.5 km from the port of Rafina with daily ferry boat connections to the islands of Mykonos, Santorini, Tinos, etc. and every 1/2 hour bus service to Athens and the Athens Airport. Although Rafina is walkable, a car is recommended for other trips in the area. Overall, it is a comfortable, quiet, relaxing place! Guests will have full access to the house as well as their own private driveway with locked gate. If you drive, you do not have to leave your car on the street although the area is very safe. I am always accessible 24/7 via cell phone, email and text. In case of an emergency the housekeeper is 10 minutes away. The house keys keys will be in a lockbox at the gate and I will send you the access code with detail information on directions from the airport whether you are driving or taking a taxi. There are other water-sport activities close by should you be interested. There is wind-surfing in Lutsa, another nearby seaside town, and in Nea Makri there is sailing and parasailing. Rafina has a lively central square with restaurants, bars, pastry shops and stores to meet your every need. There is no direct public transportation to this villa. Rafina is 1.5km away and is walkable, although a car is recommended for local trips. There is a commuter rail station and metro station in Pallini that can take you into Athens. There is also a bus that goes from Rafina to Athens every 30 minutes. Check local schedules for latest routes. Driving into Athens is not recommended due to traffic and parking restrictions. For trips to the islands, there are ferries that go to Andros, Tinos, and Mykonos that leave from Rafina. From these islands you can get connections to other islands, but it is recommended that you check local schedules and times and routes change.
