Busselton is still beautiful, beaches not crowded and water clean. Lots of beautiful secluded, natural places to visit. Enjoy the fresh air. Our home is set up to accommodate a family with up to 3 children, or two couples, each with their own bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can convert to a king size bed for couples. A single daybed in the living area will accommodate another (small) guest. There is also a portacot and high chair available upon request. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, coffee, Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), tea and basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, etc) supplied. Childrens dinnerware and cutlery, sandwich maker, microwave, oven and cooktop. Large flat screen TV, Netflix, DVD and bluetooth CD player in lounge and TV in master bedroom. Fans in both bedrooms and the alfresco. Air conditioning/heating and gas heater in main living area.. Basket of toys and board games available. BYO beach towels. This is a residential area on the west side of the town centre. * 500m to beach * 1.5km to jetty and visitors centre * 1.2 km to town centre * 1 km to supermarket * 500m to walking and bike path * 300m to playground, footy oval,netball courts and Geographe Bay Yacht Club. * 300m to award winning bakery and cafe Getting around Having a car is desirable as there are many wineries, restaurants and coastal destinations to visit within a 30 min drive from Busselton. Bike path runs from Busselton to Dunsborough only 500m from house. SCHOOLIES: To be considered for schoolies week, there will be an extra security deposit required and extra rules in place i.e. daily inspections.
