A Large House dating back to 1908 tastefully decorated and along with the Cottage 30 metres away provides a total 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Accommodating a total of 20 people with private pool with furniture and large games room with ping-pong, snooker and table football. Large dining room, lounge and Bar which is deal for enjoying Aperos. The house and cottage are set in 3 hectares of land with beautiful views over the Gers countryside towards the Pyrenees. A Gaillut is the perfect place to celebrate family or friend re-unions as we are able to accommodate up to 20 people (MAXIMUM). The Main house has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen (for 20 people) so you can all eat together in the large dining room. Alternatively you can enjoy a bbq outside on one of the terraces. There is a lounge with tv/blu-ray and a further lounge/bar for Apero's or relaxing and playing some of the board games provided. The adjacent cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, a lounge with tv and a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside you can enjoy the private pool with furniture including a large table and bar with fridge. There is a petanque court outside our large games room where you can enjoy ping pong, table football, snooker and skittles. Baby cot and highchair is available if required. All in all A Gaillut is the perfect place to enjoy spending time with family and friends in a beautiful home set in the beautiful Gers countryside. You can enjoy playing on the grounds (swings and see-saw for the younger children). We are located close to Nogaro, for those who want to visit the Paul Armagnac race circuit We live in a separate house on the land. You are able to access all parts of the property (other than our private home and outside grounds). There is plenty of parking for guests on site We are located close to Nogaro with the race circuit and small airfield. The region is well known for Armagnac and Gasgoine Floc and wine. A visit to one of the local "caves" is recommended. Duck and duck products are also famous in the region. Confit de canard and fois gras are made locally by a number of individual houses and again are well worth a visit. There are many towns and villages around our area which are good to discover. The nearest town is Nogaro. Buses are available from here. However we are located in the country. Ample parking is available on site. The Cottage is available in conjunction with the main house (included in the price for the main house). Although available to rent separately, we do not rent the two out separately at the same time to ensure that guests renting A Gaillut do not have to share the facilities with others
