Eumundi Rangeview Cottage

Rangeview Cottage is a 100-year-old worker’s cottage relocated to a corner of our 2-acre rural residential property near Eumundi. Fully renovated with all new amenities while retaining the charm and ambiance of a traditional Queenslander. Furnished and decorated with unique and interesting interiors it is a visually pleasing, comfortable, and a relaxed place to stay suitable for adults. Base charge for 2 guests. Surcharge for additional guests. No infants or children under 12 years. Setting: Surrounded by large established trees and gently sloping lawns, there are several outdoor seating and dining spots to enjoy the garden and fabulous views of Mount Cooroy and the surrounding hills and ranges. The cottage is physically and visually separate from our home, ensuring your privacy. When you arrive at Rangeview you will be guided by signage to the Cottage and guest parking. Location: High on the Eumundi Range and just a 7 minute drive from the historic town of Eumundi and its famous markets, with nearby Noosa and the stunning coast, fabulous surf beaches, national parks, restaurants and shopping 25 minutes away. The Cottage: Two bedrooms, each with King bed and own ensuite bathroom (shower, basin and toilet). One King bed can be split into two Single beds upon request. Quality European pure linen bedding and lamb’s wool underlays, quilts and pillows sourced locally. Saya organic bathroom products locally founded and made in Noosa. Fully equipped kitchen with Smeg stove and appliances, microwave oven, dishwasher. Breakfast essentials and pantry staples provided for your use. Inviting living and dining area, with study nook, wood burning fire, Smart TV and WiFi, with French doors flowing to generous verandahs for lounging and dining. All rooms have been thoughtfully decorated to create relaxed and pleasant spaces – unfussy yet beautiful. Quality designer fabrics and wallpaper combined with vintage and comfortable furniture provide a laidback casual style. Rangeview Cottage has been a labour of love and is filled with an eclectic mix of artwork, treasures and finds we have sourced and collected from auctions, markets and salvage yards. Ducted air conditioning and heating throughout. Ceiling fans in all rooms, plus the verandah. We supply all firewood for your stay. The cottage also has its own fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities for your use and one undercover carport. Good to know: Nearest Supermarket: In Cooroy 7 minutes drive. The cottage and our house and workshop share a driveway. With the exception of our house garden, house, studio and workshop, guests are welcome to explore the property. Our house and workshop are 40 to 60 meters from the cottage. One of us will generally be on site if you have any questions or need any assistance during your stay. Rangeview Cottage is located between the two historic Noosa Hinterland towns of Eumundi and Cooroy. It is a 7 minute drive to either town - to the famous Eumundi Markets or to the shops and supermarkets of Cooroy. The property is not suitable for infants, toddlers and or children under 12. Water Use: The Cottage uses ONLY rainwater from a 20,000 litre tank onsite. Please be "Water-Wise" when showering. Additionally both toilets are connected to a septic tank, we ask that you please do not flush make-up wipes, cotton balls, cotton buds, sanitary items etc. Visitors to the property, in addition to those booked, requires prior approval of the host. Prior approval required for professional or commercial photo shoots. The person making the booking (the guest) must be one of the individuals staying at the property for the duration of the booking.
