Charming rustic house

Charming three story independent house with lake view located in an old village ideal for families or groups of friends up to 6 people. Beside an ancient lemonary, this is the best solution to enjoy Lake Garda and the mountains in a very relaxing location. The house is divided between two floors and a basement floor. It provides two bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a balcony, the garden with parking, some deck chairs, a barbecue, a washing machine and another external shower. Because of big spaces, the house comfortably accommodates 6 people. You can organize big meals in the dining room, in the basement floor or in the garden. In the pantry you will find coffee, tea and the main condiments. Smoking is allowed only in the garden. The house is totally at your disposal, you won't have to share spaces with anyone else. When you arrive a person will welcome you and will give you all informations you need to enjoy at best your holidays. At the same way, there will be someone at check-out. For every problem, we are available by phone. Check-in after 2 p.m. Check-out before 10 a.m. The house is situated inside an ancient village, very calm and silent. It is in an above-ground position compared to the lake and it provides a wonderful panoramic view. Streets are a bit tight, so pay attention to transports that arrive from the opposite direction. We ask you to respect the peace of the village and not to make noise later than 11 p.m. You can walk to enjoy beautiful panoramic walks or to reach the closest beaches. If you come with public transport you arrive at the bus stop of Fasano and there will be a shuttle for you. At check-in, we will ask you to show us your documents to complete the registration and to pay the tourist tax. From april 01 to octob (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) the municipality requires a tourist tax of 1€ per person per night. Children until 14 years old are exempt from the tax.
