Close to Jamaica Hospital, Courts, restaurants, laundromat, trains, buses, Airtrain, JFK Airport. This is a Family home for my parents and I. We are very clean, honest and friendly. Rooms and bathroom are fully renovated. My parents speak Spanish and some english. The room is in the second floor and it has 2 windows. The house has other bedrooms. The room is already furnish with a twin size bed and pullout bed under it, a wardrobe , TV, heating and AC unit. The room is close to the bathroom. The location of the house is behind the Honda dealership. The map in Airbnb does not show the exact location. All bedrooms, bathroom and shared areas and appliances continue to be deep cleaned and disinfected after each guests leaves. We implemented additional cleaning protocols that now including alcohol. The shared areas of the house are cleaned and disinfected daily. Alcohol and hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance of our home and there is disinfectant spray to use in the bathroom and shared areas of the house. We ask guests to remove their shoes upon entering our home, wash their hands before going inside the room, to use face coverings or masks in shared areas of the house and to keep social distancing guidelines. Communication is key between the host and guests to help us assist you properly and prevent any misunderstanding. When in doubt, please always ask the host. The room has a single size bed which will fit one person comfortably and a pull out bed underneath for a second person. Two people will be tight in the room since the second bed is a pull out and there is limited space once is pulled out. The room is ideal for 1 person or 2 if they are going to sleep and get ready and go out for tourism. The room is as pictured and it has a twin size bed and another twin size pull out bed underneath. The second person needs to be in the reservation and it will be an extra charge for the second person. If the second guest will not be staying for the entire length of the reservation, let the host know before booking so they can adjust the total price accordingly. We have a larger room in the house if you are looking more space for a couple or two people. Ask me and I can provide the link to the room. The room has a wardrobe, hanging area, TV, Cable, Wifi, A/C unit, two windows and heating. It is a medium size room. It has space to move around and to store your belongings. Its close to the bathroom and it has good lighting. There is also a microwave, coffee maker, a kettle and disposable utensils. Feel free to ask for additional items that you might need during your stay. There are other rooms in the same house in case you need additional space for a larger group. Please keep in mind that there no unpaid guests allowed. No exceptions. There is video surveillance in the common spaces. Parking around the area is very spotty and sometimes difficult to find. Airbnb guests have access to towels, refrigerator, microwave, maps, menus, Liquid body wash, bottled water and small snacks. In the room there is a TV with cable, a chair and table, hanging space and hangers as well as space where to put folded clothes, The bed has clean sheets, blankets, pillows. The mattress and pillows have protection covers to protect against bugs. There are two windows, an air conditioner unit for summer time and there is heating for winter. There is a desk and chair as well as a lamp. The room has a lock and keys are given to the guest. There no visitors allowed in the room. Only paid guests are allowed in the house and in the room. I work and come home late so most of the time I might not see you but my parents are home either in the mornings or evenings. The house is close to Jamaica Hospital, family court and criminal court, police precint, immigration offices, social security offices, supermarket, grocery stores, 24 hour laundromat, deli, Gas stations, Honda and Toyota dealerships, Airtrain, LIRR Jamaica station, Train F Sutphin Blvd, Train E Jamaica/Van Wyck, Train F Briarwood/ Van Wyck, movie theater, restaurants with different cuisine, KFC, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Dunkin Donuts, US Postal Office, pharmacy, Rite Aid, Walgreens, less than 5 min walk to bus stop for Q60, Q20A and Q20B. About 8-10min walk to bus Q44, Q43. Parking around the area is very spotty and sometimes difficult to find. There are also street cleaning regulations on Thursdays and Fridays. The train F is walking distance of 5 minutes away and Train E is 8-10 minutes away. There are buses that stop in the corner of the street about 1 minute away from the house. The Airtrain to and from JFK is also available by a 15 minute walk from the house. You can walk to Jamaica Hospital in 13 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants, fast food delivery places, grocery stores, supermarkets, 24 hour laundrymat, car dealerships, courts, postal office, pharmacies like Walgreens and Rite Aid, Dunkin Donuts, McDonals, Wendy’s, KFC, Popeyes, Dominos Pizza, loca farmer stores with fresh produce, bakeries that have affordable prices compared to Manhattan prices. There are 3 steps to walk up to get inside the house and 12 steps to go to the second floor. There no visitors allowed in the room. There are no exceptions. Only paid guests are allowed in the house and in the room. All extra guests must be paid in the Airbnb app.
