Named after a rare local flower, Villa Arenaria nestles in a lush, tranquil setting among olive, lemon, organge and pine trees. Built using local stone and tastefully furnished to a very high standard, our villa benefits from a secluded and quiet position on the outskirts of Lefkada town, at a spot called Agia Marina. It features 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, extra wc/laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room which may sleep two guests. Outdoors, there is a 55sq.m. large pool, children's pool, bbq area with traditional woodburning oven, and dining seating, huge garden of c. 2 acres full of lemon/organge/olive trees, covered with grass and featuring a playground for kids. Apart from the bbq area, dining options also exist either inside the villa or at its 20sq.m. veranda overlooking the pool. The nearest sandy beach is just 800m away with options of bars, restaurants, watersports (wellknown for kitesurfing and windsurfing). All facilities one might need are just 1km away, at the heart of Lefkada town. Minimarket supplies though are conveniently located just 100m from the villa! Our villa is family friendly as we offer quite a few amenities for children. The area is ideal for walks or biking and to this effect, we complimentary offer two bikes.
