Stylish Colorful Oasis - Duisburg Station, Central
The colorful apartment (50 square meters) is set close to the Duisburg Hbf (4 min walk) for up to four people, located in a quiet neighborhood, steps away from restaurants, cafes, shops, museum and the City Center. The bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed and offers a particularly cozy flair. In the living room there is enough space on the pull-out couch and you can dine or work comfortably at the dining table. There is also a wardrobe. A floor lamp, which throws a great light and provides a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine, a toaster, enough utensils to cook. You are renting the entire apartment, exclusively for you. The staircase, the garden and backyard, the hut in the garden and the barbecue are shared with other tenants of the house. So is the laundry room in the basement too. We'll welcome you on your arrival and will be available via Airbnb messaging platform. The apartment is located about 4 minutes’ walk from the Duisburg Hbf, 5 minutes by foot to the city center and 15 minutes by foot to the Duisburg Innenhafen. You are literally two minutes walking distance from the Lehmbruck Museum bus stop, and few steps away from restaurants, cafes, shops and the city center. In the train station, you'll find shops open on Sundays as well. Duisburg Hauptbahnhof (ICE, IC, RE Trains and Trams - 2 minutes away): situated at the meeting point of many important national and international railway lines in the Northwestern Ruhr valley. The station is an important hub for InterCityExpress, InterCity and EuroCity trains from and to the Netherlands, Berlin, Switzerland, Munich, Frankfurt and Cologne. It also is an important connection point for RegionalExpress and RegionalBahn lines and has two S-Bahn lines of the Rhein-Ruhr S-Bahn calling at the station. A nearby Stadtbahn station offers local connections as well as trams to Mülheim an der Ruhr and Düsseldorf. Trams and buses call at the northern concourse (not connected to the main hall). There is another bus station at the eastern end of the main concourse, but not all lines serving the station call there. Taxis are available at both ends of the main concourse. The station is directly connected to the motorway A59 which runs under the plaza in front of the main entrance. Long-distance coaches depart from a small bus station at the city end of the station (behind the taxi ranks, to the left). Bicycle Rental - metropolradruhr (2 minutes walk)
